  2. Translation (Written Words)
It is a written assignment translated from one language to the target language.
    Interpreting (Spoken Words)
It is done orally, and it can be simultaneous or consecutive. Simultaneous interpreting is when the interpreter speaks at the same time as the speaker. Consecutive interpreting is when the interpreter waits until a complete statement has been made and then begins interpreting.
    Sight Translation (Oral/Written)
This is mostly done by interpreters. For example at a conference or in a courtroom, the document is written in the source language and a verbal explanation is done in the target language.
  3. We provide language services in over 80 languages. If you need service in any language that is not listed on our website, please contact us. Click here to see our language list.
  4. As soon as you know you are going to need an interpreter or have a document that needs to be translated, you can contact us. Projects with a short notice tend to cost more. Certain languages and locations may require more time to book an interpreter, so again please contact us with your project as soon as possible. We are able to handle emergency situations as well.
  5. The delivery date of your translation project will depend on its size, number of languages needed, target language, complexity and your timeline. Each case will be evaluated individually. As a reference, a small project can be delivered in around 3 to 5 business days.
  6. You can submit it via email, fax, or simply mail it to our address.
  7. We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel an interpreter assignment. If this is not met, the minimum agreed fee will be charged. For translation services, a down payment is required to start your project, and full payment upon completion.
